    1. Day 1 Johannesburg

      Safari Club SA is a lodge with an African theme located in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Club is centrally situated in the economic heartland of South Africa – Gauteng Province.

    2. Days 2 - 3 Mpumalanga

      Divided by the Drakensberg Escarpment, Mpumalanga – meaning ‘where the sun rises’ – is a province in eastern South Africa.
      Known as the Highveld, Mpumalanga’s western region features grassland, with the eastern ’Lowveld’ region mostly comprised of savanna.
      Popular tourist attractions include the Sabi-Sand Game Reserve, known for its amazing leopard sightings and the Kruger National Park, home to the renowned Big Five.
      Visitors can also look forward to a wide selection of wonderful activities such as excellent wildlife viewing, white water rafting down the Sabie River, and visiting the iconic Blyde River Canyon, one of the world’s largest and greenest canyons.

      This tiny, land-locked nation boasts a rich historical and cultural heritage. Swaziland encompasses a diverse array of ecosystems – towering mountains and low-lying savannah, tangled rainforests and lush river valleys. Highlights of this laid-back land include the mesmerizingly beautiful ‘Valley of Heaven’, the handicraft haven of the Malkerns Valley and the Hlane Royal National Park, famed for its white rhinos, antelopes and lions.

    4. Days 6 - 7 Mkuze Game Reserve

      The 40.000 hectare, state-owned Mkuze Game Reserve is beautifully diverse, with thornveld on the hills and an enchanting fig tree forest near the pans. The reserve has exceptional birdlife, which covers 420 species. Making it more unique is a cultural village that offers a glimpse of the traditional lifestyle and crafts of the local Zulu community.

    5. Days 8 - 10 St. Lucia

      St Lucia lies on the St Lucia Estuary and is a haven of tranquillity that only unspoilt nature can provide. Entirely surrounded by the iSimangaliso Wetlands Park, the residents of the little village are protective of their beautiful environment.
      Mountain biking, hiking, bird watching and deep-sea fishing present opportunities to enjoy the surroundings. From the town, you can catch the Santa Lucia ferry and take a trip around the lower reaches of the lake where you can view water birds, crocodiles and hippos wallowing in the shallows.

    6. Day 11 Durban

      With its beautiful beaches, lively wining and dining scene, and rich cultural heritage, Durban is South Africa’s third largest city and KwaZulu Natal’s tourist hub. The swimming and surfing is rated the best of any major city across the world and because of the sub-tropical climate the water is warm all year round.

      Known as the Golden Mile, this stretch of beaches and amusement parks is Durban’s major attraction with the recently developed UShaka Marine World at the southern end providing a world-class aquarium and other entertainments. Visitors can look forward to an array of wonderful activities including: strolling along the beachfront promenade, visiting the Durban Botanical Gardens and exploring the many Asian/Indian markets.

    7. Days 12 - 15 Northern Drakensberg

      Situated in northeastern South Africa, the Northern Drakensberg rises up to 3.000 metres in height creating spectacularly scenic views from every direction. Featuring cascading waterfalls, sandstone caves and countless San rock art paintings, the Northern Drakensberg is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which also boasts a network of scenic hiking trails.

      Falling within the Royal Natal National Park, the ‘Amphitheatre’, comprised of over 5 kilometres of sheer cliff, is regarded as one of the most impressive cliff faces on earth with the Tugela Falls, the world’s second tallest falls, plunging almost a kilometre from its clifftops. Nature lovers will delight in this unspoilt landscape and enjoy a wide variety of outdoor adventures.
