    ThornTree Camp

    The camp is permanently based in central Serengeti, in the Seronera Valley, home to year-round wildlife due to the constant presence of water. This area is famous for spotting lion, leopard and large herds of elephant. Views from the campsite look across onto Banagi Hill and classic vistas of the Serengeti Plains.

    1. Day 1 Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha

      We meet you at the Kilimanjaro airport. Transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport and overnight at Boulevard Inn, Arusha on bed and breakfast basis.

    2. Day 2 Arusha - Tarangire National Park

      After breakfast we embark on a morning game drive in Tarangire National Park.
      Return to Tarangire Safari Lodge for lunch and after lunch you can enjoy some time for yourself or if you prefer to stay out longer in the bush from the morning drive we take lunch boxes with us and find ourselves a beautiful spot to enjoy our lunch in the middle of the bush.

      You will make your ranger/guide happy with this option because he loves to be out in the bush.In the afternoon we head out for a sundowner drive.

    3. Days 3 - 4 Tarangire National Park - Serengeti National Park

      Day 3: After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with an en-route game drive and picnic lunch in Serengeti.

      On the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater we stop for a good look into the Crater. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars because if the weather gods are with us you may see wild life in the Crater. We visit the Crater in 2 days from now so don’t worry, we will see them all!!

      Day 4: In the morning we head out into the Serengeti and follow the trail of the Great Migration and enjoy a picnic lunch in the Park.
      We have all the time in world to discover this awesome Reserve. You will see wild life everywhere so have your cameras and binoculars ready.

    4. Day 5 Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater

      Check out and enjoy a leisurely drive through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch on the way.

    5. Day 6 Arusha - Dar es Salaam flight

      After some cups of coffee/tea it’s time to pack everything for your already booked flight to Dar es Salaam.

      On arrival your your transport is waiting for you. He will bring you to the amazing White Sands Mbezi Beach resort.

    6. Days 7 - 9 Beach time & time to relax

      The days on the beach are yours. Enjoy sun, sea, beach and each other of course.

    7. Day 10 Time to go home

      We are really sorry but this is the day you guys will leave paradise!!! After breakfast and some leisure time your transfer is arranged to bring you back to Dar es Salaam airport for your flight back home.
